Fontana, CA -Larry Mason continued his hot streak leading into the 2014 summer break by notching his fourth consecutive victory in the Team LMR Formula Mazda at Auto Club Speedway during the first weekend of June. Two pole positions, two fastest laps (in-class) and two victories capped a near perfect weekend (no track record). Mason led wire-to-wire in each race and finished in a very strong second overall in Saturday’s race.
“It was a great weekend for the team and this was the first time that I’ve stood on the top step of the podium at Auto Club Speedway. I’m glad that I was able to share this victory with all of the folks who came out to support us over the weekend.”
