Rosamond, CA - After adding two more victories in March, Larry Mason is on top of the point standings in the Formula Mazda class in both the Cal Club regional and divisional points standings. A former track record holder at Willow Springs, Mason used his experience to get up to speed quickly. “It was a very smooth event where everything went according to plan,” said Mason. “These kinds of races don’t happen too often so you have to take advantage of them when they present themselves. You never know what can happen on a race weekend as part failures, accidents, or something else is always a possibility so we’re grateful for the smooth sailing!”
